Gayle joined the Harmony Castings team in December 2024 during a challenging period when we were struggling to find the right leader for this role. Bringing more than 20 years of experience, Gayle immediately helped restore stability by strengthening compliance efforts and re-establishing critical processes that had been lost under previous leadership.
Within her first few months, Gayle led the implementation of a new payroll system while continuing to advance our HR operations. Later in 2025, she took on HR responsibility for a newly acquired Ohio location that lacked structure and dedicated HR leadership. Throughout these efforts, she also mentored a recent college graduate serving as an HR Generalist.
Gayle’s positive attitude, leadership and commitment have been instrumental to our success, and the results of her work have consistently exceeded expectations. She quite honestly has been a Godsend, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without her on our team. I cannot think of another nominee who could match what she has been able to contribute in a brief period of time. I am blessed to have her as part of our family.
